Personel are easy to deal with (very accommodating and welcoming), love the overall 'heritage/colonial' building and atmosphere and wonderful breakfast!
A Swim pool will make a nice addition
Very friendly, welcoming and engaging young staff member who greeted us and looked after us during the stay. Breakfast was good though only buffet/continental was available. Close to town. Good parking which could have been otherwise impossible on a busy market Sunday. The tea/coffee facilities and complimentary cakes are a nice touch.
Paper thin walls - we could hear every noise in the building and heard next door's conversation (at 1am) in detail. Bed was too short. Pillows too thin.
Ensuite with spacious shower with shower hose. Air con for heating & cooling. Old world aura to establishment but with mod cons. Breakfast included and very tasty. Relaxed atmosphere. Tranquil grounds with creek. Saw a platypus! Parking on grounds. Great service. Use of kitchen for tea/ coffee (everything provided).
Could do with extra towel rail in bathroom. Shelf in bathroom for placing toiletries would be handy. Park bench at creek's edge would be great. Noise from passing traffic intrusive in front room.
Excellent standard room was great and staff very helpful Beautiful furnishings and grounds
Bathroom design a bit haphazard but in context just fine
Nice architecture, gardens, breakfast..
Greatly overpriced. Cost much more than when we last stayed, but offered nothing more to show for it. Very disappointed that the spa had been removed (but was not advertised as such).
the fact that the very inexperienced receptionist had given another couple our keya nd they had moved into our room we arrived at 4pm- check in was from 2- 5pm and we had confirmed we were on our way the breakfast was poor- cold bacon with rubbery scrambled eggs
Great breakfasts friendly helpful staff
would have liked more haning space and a second bar of soap for shower and hand basin- not all travellers use shower gel
Friendly staff, the room was very comfortable with nice little touches, good books and magazines, ipod station, cable TV & CD player. Excellent breakfast in a great setting.
